If you're new to acupuncture, we understand that you may have questions or concerns. Our contact and about pages provide all the information you need to feel comfortable and confident about your first visit. New patient consultations allow you to ask questions and familiarize yourself with our practice.

Upon completing our contact form, patients will receive an email from our office with schedule availability. We require a 24-hour cancellation notice for all appointments. Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to appointment start time or a missed appointment will result in a $55 charge. 

• If you are experiencing symptoms of new onset illness (coughing, fever, vomiting, diarrhea, sore throat, etc.), please call ahead before coming into the clinic.

Gather Acupuncture and Herbs currently accepts The Blue Cross/ Blue Shield network (Premera, Regence, etc.). Patients are responsible for contact insurance companies and verifying they are in-network, copay, and number of visits prior to coming in. 

If you are out of network, we can provide you with a detailed superbill at the end of your appointment for you to submit to your insurer for reimbursement.  Upon payment and completion of service, patients can request a super bill that they can submit directly to their insurance company for reimbursement (if covered).
